Stalls

We are now taking bookings for stalls at this years event.  If you would like to have a table amongst the stalls then it’s advisable that you book as soon as possible.

How to Book a Table

The heart of the Bookfair is the main room including booksellers,
distributors, independent presses campaign, solidarity and activist groups from all over the country and beyond. If you’d like to have a table then please email us with a short description of your group and the materials you intend to distribute at the Bookfair.

Remember the bookfair is a non-party political event so items directly related to political parties with not be allowed.

If there is a stall you are keen to run relating to a social justice campaign then please get in touch, using our email below.

Rates for Stalls:

Book Distros £10 (£5 for each additional stall)

Social Justice/Human Right/Campaign groups are free stall/table

We are asking vendors to pay for their bookings first thing on arrival to collect venue costs. All s

Each stall will be issued with a number when we confirm your place. To book, you need to email us directly (below).

No stalls will be allowed set-up on day without prior confirmation number which will be issued when booking.

Those setting up stalls will be able to drop off boxes and equipment on the Friday evening prior to events on Saturday. The hall in which the book fair will be held will be opened from 10am on Saturday 26th January so as to allow everyone to set up with time.
